How to add detail records?

So far, I have only been able to create applications in xmod to add "single" records. As I get more advanced experience, I am able to more accurately display records from various data sources in creative ways using templates. However, I have not found any example that describe creating a form with a single header record with multiple detail records. An example would be having a header record that

Autofill with Multiple Dependant Dropdowns

Very successfully doing autofill based on Patrick's 'Auto-populate a textbox based on dropdown' article with a single dropdown updating a number of fields. But if there are two or more dependant dropdowns, although the dependant dropdowns work fine and filter each other, I am getting two problems - 1 - When the first dropdown is changed it briefly displays the correct values in the autofill fields

Multiple drop-down and ListBox

Is it possible to have two dropdown boxes with one filling the other but then also refresh a listbox at the same time? I have followed the documentation and fill a drop-down on the first dropdown selection, but I would like to fill a listbox with different values depending on the first drop-down as well. My form has Movie Title drop-down that when a Movie is selected a Genre's table is filled with

Getting Good Answers

How do you get good answers to your questions?   Ask good questions. That means:

  1. Good Titles: Give your question a concise but informative title. Rather than "Email Forms", use "Sending multiple emails from forms".

  4. Show Your Appreciation: If someone correctly answers your question, come back and ACCEPT the answer. That gives them points and helps others know it was a correct answer. If members know you'll accept an answer, they'll be more likely to spend time on your next question(s).
