I would like to be able to hide a checkbox if a user if they do not appear in a SQL table, but not sure how to do that. Scenario is this, I have a checkbox that says an item can be closed, this is on a edit form. I only want people who are in a approver table to be able to see this, so be able to use it. One is gathering the portalid (for the database) and the other the portalname (for the outbound e-mail). The later checkbox list will ultimately be hidden from the end-users. Hello, Is there a way to have the calendar button enter the current date and time in the "target" when it's clicked? Currently, it enters the current date according to the format, but I'd also like it to enter the current time. Thank you..
Is there a way to have a dynamic list of form controls within a form? For example a form that creates a shopping list. It has 1 field "Shopping List Name" and then a list of items to buy along with a quantity. I don't see any way to have a list of items show up within a form. Much less be able to add, update, or delete from it. Am I missing something?
I have been messing around with dynamically loading forms using xmod:EditButton in a template . I see how it works when specifying the form name in the Form attribute. What I would like to do is dynamically populate the xmod:EditButton Form attribute from the ListDataSource query. I tried to do it and it does not work for me. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

Getting Good Answers

How do you get good answers to your questions?   Ask good questions. That means:

  1. Good Titles: Give your question a concise but informative title. Rather than "Email Forms", use "Sending multiple emails from forms".
  2. Do Your Research: Check out the XMod Pro help file, the XMod Pro Guide on this site, do a search in this Answers forum. Members are friendly and more than happy to help, but it's good etiquette to show you've done your homework.
  3. Is It Answerable? Your question should be practical and answerable. Provide clear and accurate details about your specific problem. Be sure to include all the pertinent information or links to images and examples.
  4. Show Your Appreciation: If someone correctly answers your question, come back and ACCEPT the answer. That gives them points and helps others know it was a correct answer. If members know you'll accept an answer, they'll be more likely to spend time on your next question(s).
