Form Email getting error "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: key"

I am not sure why my form which is a simple Add form whose only function is to email a form. But, I get this error message. (Yes I did check STMP settings already in host.) Any ideas? Error MESSAGE: Value cannot be null. Submit - NULL Parameter Default Value

Is there a way to set the Parameter for a submit statement (calling a stored procedure) to be NULL instead of ""? E.g.: <Parameter Name="IconURL" DefaultValue="" /> puts a blank value in the database instead of NULL . How would I configure the Parameter DefaultValue to enter a NULL? Thanks..
