Form Email getting error "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: key"

I am not sure why my form which is a simple Add form whose only function is to email a form. But, I get this error message. (Yes I did check STMP settings already in host.) Any ideas? Error MESSAGE: Value cannot be null.
