At the company, we switched providers for transaction email. It looks like dnndev.com, of all sites, did not get switched to the new provider. Thus, notification emails have not been sent. I have updated those settings so notifications should resume now.
We're using SendGrid. Please note that some email servers block any email coming from SendGrid IP's. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about that. Typically there's nothing you can do about it either as it happens at the server level and not the client.
I apologize for the inconvenience this most likely caused. As noted elsewhere, while XMP is not under active development, we do still provide support for current active license holders. Sorry if the site looked "dead" for a time.
