Add NavigateUrl tag to header

Hi,

I'm trying to add a canonical tag to the header using a scriptblock and want the NavigateUrl tag to generate the url, but it is not working. Is this the correct way to write it? Please see: http://dnndev.com/fiddle/fid/896
