User with Edit Permissions Unable to upload files.

<p>Hi All,</p><p>I have a user with edit permission to a form. The form has a RichText / HTML field. The User is unable to Upload files via the Telerik HTML editor.</p><p>The user is not a portal admin.</p><p>How does xMod Pro decide is a user can upload files within for template type HtmlInput?</p><p>Thanks.</p>
