URL - HTTP Encoding

I&#39;m working on a mobile site and would like to use Google Docs Viewer for the PDF links.<br /><br />But, the URL to the PDF needs to be URL encoded.<br /><br />Is there an easy way to accomplish this in the code or within a SQL SELECT Replace?<br /><br />Thanks..
