<p> I have a form with a drop-down and a couple checkboxlists. &nbsp;I want the checkboxlists disabled and unselected at first page load and until something other than the default "Select An Active Disaster" is selected.</p><p> I'm trying to accomplish this via jQuery.</p><p> It's not doing anything when I change the DDL to something other than the default option. &nbsp;I even tried to add an alert, but nothing is being displayed.</p><p> Any ideas?</p><p>http://dnndev.com/fiddle/fid/395</p>
