How can I pull values from the querystring to retrieve data from the database in an xmod pro form?

<p>I am currently building a form that will be accessible via a link in an email sent to a recipient. &nbsp;Upon clicking the link, the form will be populated based on parameters provided by the link/url. &nbsp;Need to know the best way to pull the values from the querystring inside the xmod pro form to add the values&nbsp;to my select command. &nbsp;Thanks!</p>
