<p>I was in the Form Builder when I accidentally refreshed the browser.&nbsp; After doing this, when I attempt to use the form builder, the button used to auto-create the form has disappeared.&nbsp; There is no button next to the "Add Validation" checkbox.</p><p>How do I get this button back?</p><p>I tried adding a new page, recycling the app pool, changing the form on the page I did the refresh on and nothing has brought the button back so far. </p>
