Using command button in a form

I know that the command button is supposed to give you the ability to run multiple commands on multiple templates. Is it possible to run multiple UPDATE and/or INSERT queries from a form by specifying as targets the IDs of SubmitCommands in the Command tags? Do I have to try to insert templates within the forms to get this to work or can I access the SubmitCommands directly? I'm building a form wh

"Enter" Priority

Hello.. I have a xmod:CommandButton which when clicked, marks an item inactive; I have a confirmation box first though. Only certain people access to see this button. I have another template which has a searchsort function as well. This allows the end-users to search for certain items. Refresh Template

I have a template with an add/edit form configured as well; configured to only show active items and the public sees this template. When I add a new entry, there is an active check box which is automatically set to false. Getting Good Answers

How do you get good answers to your questions?   Ask good questions. That means:

  1. Good Titles: Give your question a concise but informative title. Rather than "Email Forms", use "Sending multiple emails from forms".
