External database connection string for Form Builder

I have created a database external to the DNN database that I want to use to create my custom XMOD Pro forms and templates against. I've added a new connection string to the web.config file . My question is how do I reference this in the Form Builder when creating the form? I've entered the name on its own and clicked Load tables - nothing is loaded. Control Panel Connection String for additional Local Server database

I have a second local SQL database (in addition to the DNN database).
