How would I go about adding an AddButton on one form or template that redirects to a different page and brings up the AddForm for the form on that page? Passing parameters to the form as well.<br /><br />So I have template that displays movie detail that I would like a “Add Director” link/button. I want to pass the movie primary key and to a page that has a directors form that opens up the AddForm with the correct movie in the dropdown selected.<br /><br />I can pass the parameter to the page and see it in the template and form but I have to click the &quot;Add Director&quot; it don&#39;t automatically come up. Also can&#39;t figure how to have it selected in the dropdown.<br /><br />I seen this but can&#39;t get it to work.<br />ADDED: Ability to override the default FormView mode (i.e. show AddForm or EditForm) via a URL parameter: &quot;xmfvo&quot;. When this is set to &quot;1&quot;, the module will display the AddForm. When it is &quot;2&quot; the EditForm will be displayed.
