<p>I am working with my first template and add form. &nbsp;Basically, when I go to add a record, it returns the error:&nbsp;Must declare the scalar variable "@SEQN". &nbsp;My submit command is passing a value from the query&nbsp;string to a stored procedure. &nbsp;I am not sure why this is returning the error. &nbsp;I&nbsp;have done this before with a basic form and it worked fine. &nbsp;Any ideas for trouble shooting this? &nbsp;Will post a fiddle.</p>
