Is there a way I can run a command link or equivalent to update a 2nd template on the same page. The reason I believe I need to do this from Jquery is because I am using Kelly's Search/sort example to find the list of records, then I want a commandbutton/link equivanet to pass the ID to the 2nd/3rd templates etc.

Becuase I am using:
<<<<td style="text-align:center;" data-bind="text: USERID">>>><<<</td>>>>
to populate the initial list I can't see how I can get a commandbutton to work with that.

All I want to pass is the USERID from that list to the next template(s) on the same page, I had this woking before I tried the Search/Sort method, by using a standard template then a commandbutton on the USERID field.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Many thanks

Mark
