I created a Contact us style of form which has a submit button that sends an email and then displays a success message thanking the user.

What I am looking for is an easy way to allow the user to reload the Contact Us form with their personal information reloaded as well so they can contact another department and not have to re-enter their.personal info.

Any Ideas of an easy way to do this?
