Unable to get Form POST Values in Template

Following advice from @Patrick I created the following form with dropdownlists. However I am unable to get the values in the Template. URL parameter processed by template FORM parameter?

Hi, all. I'm using two XMP 4.4.0 modules on separate pages and encountered something I did not expect. I have two pages, A and B. Both pages have Forms and Templates with some complicated logic - IfNotEmpty, IfEmpty, NoItemsTemplate, etc., but I'll try to keep it simple here. Getting Good Answers

How do you get good answers to your questions?   Ask good questions. That means:

  • Good Titles: Give your question a concise but informative title. Rather than "Email Forms", use "Sending multiple emails from forms".

  • Show Your Appreciation: If someone correctly answers your question, come back and ACCEPT the answer. That gives them points and helps others know it was a correct answer. If members know you'll accept an answer, they'll be more likely to spend time on your next question(s).
