If I purchase XMod Pro 1.5 today will I be eligable for free upgrade to XMod Pro 2 when it is released?

PS:
I am unable to view Topic in Forums > XMod Pro > FAQ

Yes. XMod Pro comes with 1 year of upgrade protection. All customers who have purchased XMod Pro 1.x within a year of XMod Pro 2's release will receive the upgrade for free.
