Yes. XMod Pro is licensed on a per-DNN database basis (sometimes called a Host license). This entitles you to run XMod Pro on all the child portals in a single DotNetNuke database - regardless of whether they have their own domains. If you install XMod Pro on a 2nd DotNetNuke database, you will need to purchase an additional license.
