If you're trying to view the compiled help file (.chm) and you can see the table of contents but the pages are blocked, do this:
- Ensure the help file is on your local machine and that you're not trying to access it off the network.
- Right click on the file and click 'properties'.
- Down at the bottom, click on 'Unblock'. That should fix it.
