How can I set the calendar to do recurring events?

XMod Calendar, when developed, was intended as an alternative view and navigational aid for XMod data. Since its release, we've had requests for this type of functionality and are looking into adding it in a future release. The next feature release of XMod Calendar will include the ability to Copy items which should significantly ease the burden of entering recurring items.

I just started using XMod Calendar 1[1].0 (DNN3) today, but I'm always ready for the next release...  can't wait.

We are very interested in having recurring items as we implement a course catalog that displays when classes are scheduled.  For example: Math101 is M,W,F 9-11am and T,Th 3-5.

Is there a way to accomplish this until recurring items are released?

It's now three years since the last post on this topic, and I'm just starting to work with XMod Calendar. My users are already asking about recurring events.

Has the ability to copy records been implemented by now? If so, how do I expose this functionality to my users?
