<p>I was searching for a method to upgrade the Xmod lightbox sample that uses Thickbox 3.1 for use with the latest jQuery 1.3.2 version. I soon discovered that Thickbox 3.1 does not support jQuery 1.3+ but this can be fixed easily by changing a single line in thickbox.js Here is how I did it...</p>

While testing XMod applications in some of the newer versions of DotNetNuke, I became very concerned that my template branch logic was not performing as expected when testing xmod:if statements against a XMod HTML editor (htmlinput) form control. In default instances of DotNetNuke, the <htmlinput> control will render the FCK Editor control that is commonly used with many DotNetNuke modules...

The <adduserpicker> contol is used to select a user from the current portal and assign the user as the one that initially created the record. This control is not required. XMod normally automatically assigns the user without any intervention on your part. However, this control has been added for those situations where administrators or moderators create a record on behalf of a user. This is especially useful in combination with XMod's ability to show a user only those records he/she has added. But in can cause some load time issues if not configured correctly...
