Greetings fellow Xmodders! I've been busy working on the Xmod powered dating site I promised, but in the meantime I figured I better make an appearance.

Breaking the Mold

Well I'm going to break outside of the mold and post on a Thursday. As you can see all blog posts this month so far have been on Wednesdays but I dare to be different. I have also seen an interest in creating "dating" like sites with XMod in the forum of late. I had indicated in one of my earlier posts that I would do some tutorial type posts, so what the heck, I've found my fodder!

Kelly touched on the subject of a poor man's CAPTCHA system in XMod. His ideas were spot on for great deterrents, but I wanted to list a few more options that may also work, depending on your user base.
